We accept Cash, Credit and Debit Cards and bank transfer as payment for work completed.

We offer a 10-day warranty on virus/malware removals only. If your computer suffers from the same fault regarding virus/ malware then return it to us within 10 days and we will carry out further work to remove without any additional charges.

We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all hardware purchased in the course of a repair of a Laptop, Computer or Games Console. Warrington PC Doctor makes no warranty on data, express or implied, and Warrington PC Doctor disclaims any data warranty of any kind. All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects, if we/our suppliers find that the parts have been damaged rather than defective then all Warranty is Null and Void.

You (the client) will be charged for the recovery media if it is required. Or it is agreed that a version of Linux can be installed. If you (the customer) do not wish to purchase a copy of windows or purchase the required recovery media then no further work will be undertaken, and the customer will be charged for the time spent to that point – i.e. a maximum of 1 hours labour (£35.00).

If you require Microsoft Office after the trial has finished, you (the client) are required to purchase a licence in order to use the program. We can install a free office programme for you that works in a very similar way to Microsoft Office.

Our no, fix no fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer.

If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair but are only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting us not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for our time spent to that point – i.e. a maximum of 1 hours labour (£35.00).
