The PC Doctor is a small family run business working out of a workshop at our home address. The best way to contact us is by filling in the contact form below or by sending us a message on Whatsapp. We can then discuss your repair via your chosen contact meathod. We don’t reply to phone calls as we can spend a 1/3 of every day repeatedly answering the phone often interrupting us in the middle of a repair. We would also like to draw your attention to our FAQ, please take 2 minutes to review the work we do and don’t carry out.

Preferred payment is Cash on Collection.
When your job is complete we also send you our bank details so that if you wish you can pay by bank transfer. (Payment must be paid before you take your device away)

If we look at your machine and we can’t diagnose the fault or we do not know how to fix it then we will not charge you a single penny.
In the case where we spend our time to diagnose the machine and work out what is required to repair it and the customer chooses not to go ahead with the repair then a diagnostic fee of £35 will be payable on collection of the device.
If your repair requires parts that cost £100 or more, we will ask you to pay your invoice upfront before we order the parts for the repair.
