A customer from Westbrook brought in their Playstation 4 because it would not take in-game discs, they thought their young son might have put something in the drive and damaged it.

We stripped the machine down to get the drive out and then stripped the drive to find one of the rollers that is supposed to take the disc’s in and out in the middle of the drive and the middle wishbone just laid in the drive

Once we have reseated the rollers and replaced the wishbone, we then went through the process of re-aligning the disk mechanism so that everything moves as it should and all the timings are right.

Put back together this PS4 is now working like a dream again, hopefully, the customer in Westbrook will tell all his friends about Warrington PC Doctor’s Playstation 4s Repair service.
