Like all these problems with laptops, the problem is pretty straightforward if you know what you are doing - which I clearly don't. Good, friendly efficient service at a reasonable price - why make it more complicated?

Paul solved all the problems with my computor and explained what he had done in simple terms which i could understand. The cost of the repair was very reasonable

My computer wasnt working and another store had taken over a week to tell me they couldnt find the problem. It took PC Doctor just two hours to resolve and I was given honest advice on my options the service was really excellent

Our wii console was repaired far more quickly than i expected, all work required was advised before commencing the repair and the cost was as quoted, the console was as good as new on return. 100% satisfied AAA+

Left my Laptop with the PC doctor whilst I was away at work, the job was complete within two days. The virus was removed and computer cleaned plus the checked all my security was setup correct and updated.

My Xbox 360 Elite stopped working on the Sunday before Christmas 2009. I was very concerned that I would not be able to get it fixed in time for the holiday but luckily, I found Warrington PC Doctor using a Google search. I spoke to a lovely lady who informed me they would be happy to take a look at the problem, on Monday if I could get the XBOX 360 to them, which I did. Paul explained he hadn't actually seen this particular fault befor, but he'd look into it. One day later he called me - "It's fixed", he said! Within a 24 hour period, he'd researched, identified and solved the issue. The cost was £45. Amazing service, lovely people, great skills and at a very reasonable price, and a great result for me, I was able to have my XBOX over Christmas - Brilliant! Thanks Warrington PC Doctor.

I took my computer in to the PC Doctor with a graphics problem that another local technician couldn't resolve. They diagnosed the fault, repaired it and cleaned my machine before returning it to me the next day. Their service was very professional and they repaired / returned my machine much quicker than expected.

I called this company after my computer started running slow and things stopped working properly. They arrived when they said they would, were polite, explained things and left my machine running much quicker and with everything working again. I would highly recommend them.

The PC Doctor came to my home and storted the problems I had instantly, problems that had me and the Broadband provider baffled for over a week. The small charge made was great valve for money and I have had no problems since. Great work

Warrington PC Doctor have been supporting our IT systems since 2001 and have consistently provided us with a very good service. We have gone from a company with 2 single computers to running a complete small business server setup on a wired and wireless network all of which they installed. Everything IT related that we have asked them about they have provided an answer. We would recommended the PC Doctor to anyone, their support, service and value for money is second to none.

The PC doctor fitted a new graphics card to my PC and configured it so I could run two monitors. Very happy with the service and the quality of his work. He was also willing to be very flexible with his times as I could not let him have access to my PC during office hours.

I have used the PC Doctor on a few occasions when my P.C. has been playing up. The service was exceptional, he came the same day and explained, in layman's terms, the problems and solutions clearly. I would recommend him to anybody and have done to all of my friends and colleagues. With so many cowboys out there at the moment it is nice to know that you can rely on P.C.doctor for a great service.

My Windows Mail account blocked me out due to a virus. PC Doctor took my laptop and sorted the problem out for me within 48 hours making sure not to lose any of my e-mails. Fantastic Service!!
